The staff at this hotel were unbelievably friendly and welcoming! The view from our room was absolutely jaw-dropping, with an incredible view of the city skyline. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with street food stalls and shopping stands just steps away. We loved being able to indulge in delicious local cuisine from the Kumpir stands and then stroll over to browse the small stands for some shopping. The location truly exceeded all expectations.

If I knew that this hotel was a wedding place I would never stay there. It was too noisy with these weddings, not one. Not possible to sleep. I was in Turkey for the Orthodontists Congress and wanted to have a rest after each busy day. I think this hotel is a very nice place for a romantic trip not for business to stay there.

Our stay was very nice as usual. The hotel was within a walking distance of taksim square.

Great location near popular nightlife area, helpful and understanding staff, outdoor pool. Good breakfast. 24-hour room service available.

I have settled my account at night , arranged for taxi to the airport at 5.00 am and paid the taxi fare 60.00 t l .in the morning the hotel staff helped with the baggage to the only taxi awaiting outside . on arrival at the airport and after many calls between the driver (non english speaker )and the hotel manager. I had to pay the taxi driver another 70 tl .I was informed by the manager that I departed by wrong taxi !!! .do you pay me back the 60.tr ??

The breakfast at this hotel is mind-blowing, with an incredible variety of choices that cater to all tastes. The bed in my executive room was super comfortable and the high quality linens made for a jaw-dropping sleep experience. Plus, the spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise.

poor sound insulation of the walls as well as the windows. disregard of the existing guests at the time of removal of the breakfast buffet (noise). white(!) slippers of the kitchen staff attending the buffet.

No good Wifi in room . No open fittness . No chocolate for babies in brekfast . Brekfast was very fair.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel's location was perfect with a stunning view of the Bosphorus bridge. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Only location

The hotel does not look like a 5 stars one at all! - Hotel staff are not really helpful and miss the cheerful attitude. - Pool is outside and very small.

The hotel is located in a wonderful suburb with plenty of restaurants nearby and it offers amazing views. However, it's not close to any subway station or the nearest metro station, so it can be a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, it's located on a bridge that connects two continents. The room and bathroom were decent and the breakfast was good. There was also a nice gym and pool area.

The noise level was unbearable, which made it difficult to sleep.

i like the location.

i do not like the staff treetment it is verery poor. spetialy the ladey at the reciption when you check in, she is verey rude. the staff at the kitchen neext to the swimming pool need training on how to handle the gustes, actually the whole hotel staff need training.
